Cooper University Hospital is offering a CSA to their employees for the second
year in a row. This year there will also be a Farm Stand in the Employee Marketplace Café. Common Market has been bringing produce direct from the farm to our institution weekly! Each week the Chef cooks up great dishes using local ingredients! Working with Fair Food to purchase more local products in the coming year.

The Atrium cafeteria, open to the community, is committed to supporting local farmers. We feature Fair Trade/Organic Coffee, local seasonal produce, organic yogurt and cage free eggs. Jefferson sponsors a weekly outdoor Farmers' Market to link local farms to our community. Winners of the 2007 EPA Trailblazer Award.
